We’ve been getting lot of questions regarding the account size and settings. Here are the settings that we’ve been using. These settings are in no way a suggestion, recommendation or advice. You may trade at your own risk.

SAFE SETTINGS:

IBFX mini accounts $250-$1000:

1. Safe mode with 1 nano-lot ($0.01)

Small accounts $1,000-$5,000:

1. Safe mode with 1 micro-lot ($0.10)

Accounts with $10,000-$100,000:

1. Safe-mode with 1 mini-lot ($1.00)

2. Normal mode with 1 micro-lot ($0.10)

Accounts over $100,000:

1. Safe mode with 1 standard-lot ($10)

2. Normal mode with 1 mini-lot ($1)

The Replicator EA by default comes with safe-mode settings, trading 0.01 lots. To override the settings or lot size, just go to the Replicator properties. To get the best idea of how the EA performs in certain size accounts you should run it first on a demo account for a while. Note that the EA does not have any stop losses. Some days it may happen the trades go against you a few hundreds of pips.

PAST PERFORMANCE IS NO GUARANTEE OF FUTURE RESULTS. PRICES CAN GO DOWN AS WELL AS UP. THERE IS A SIGNIFICANT RISK INVOLVED IN FX TRADING. CONDITIONS CAN VARY FROM CLIENT TO CLIENT, AND THEREFORE INFLUENCE PERFORMANCE. TRADING WITH EA’s IS VERY RISKY AND NOTHING GUARANTEES ONE’S SUCCESS.
